Job responsibilities:

1. Equipment scope: Yellow light area stepper lithography machine, contact lithography machine, electron beam lithography machine, laser direct writing, CD overlay and other lithography equipment and adhesive development equipment.

2. Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and management of equipment, troubleshooting and repair, introduction, installation, commissioning, and verification of new equipment, and participating in the development of related lithography processes and personnel training.

3. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Qualification for application:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majors in mechanical, electrical, electronic, electromechanical, automation, etc. are preferred.

2. More than two years of experience in semiconductor lithography equipment, with experience in installing and maintaining equipment such as Stepper, EBL, and Track preferred.

3. Responsible for work, diligent and down-to-earth, possessing a spirit of teamwork.
